Greatneck Motorsports is a family owned and operated business in Great Neck, NY. We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team and grow our business. Our Sales representatives are responsible for converting walk-in/appointment traffic into committed sales. Guiding the customer into the vehicle that is the right fit for them, and following up with customers whose needs couldn't be met with one visit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business by networking with potential customers.
• Present and sell company products and services.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Manage customer account status and concerns.
• Identify potential problems customer.
• Evaluate the customer’s market position and market potential.
• Develop sales strategies and plans of action.
• Keep record of all sales, customer comments, and information.
• Keep updated records of all activity in the CRM system.
• Keep client aware of any changes in status or delivery delays.

Desired candidate is prompt, willing to learn, confident and has a strong work ethic.

Pay Structure - Highly Competitive Salary + Commission + Bonus

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service required (Automotive is a plus). Sales experience is preferred but not required! Must Be Eager and Trainable !

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Great Neck, NY 11021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
